About me...
My foundation is in financial management and accounting and several years of experience in both group accounting, work in management groups and various IT-related projects in finance in many different bransches. I am well aware of the obstacles a business can encounter on its path of improvement. I have had the privilege of seeing businesses from a variety of perspectives; as a consultant, as finance manager, as accounting manager and as a management team member. I can easily relate to different perspectives and have a good understanding of the challenges in change projects.
Change Management
With solid experience in both finance and IT and the area in between, I have developed an strong predilection for processes and change management. The best thing I know is to analyze a present situation, build new processes in co-operation with customers and colleagues and implement them together with those affected in the business. This is where the magic happens. I wish one could convince everyone that IT and IT related processes as well as new technology can be used as tools to improve workplaces in most businesses, to be able to get businesses in change to see improvements and advantages of new tools instead of focusing on the actual adjustments and energy that is needed.

As interim CFO or Financial Controller I see myself as responsible for ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with statutory legislation as well as all aspects of the company’s financial cycle including, but not limited to, performing financial and budget analysis, developing financial forecasts, and preparing financial reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors. I see myself as a capable administrator and problem solver with financial acumen, and excellent organizational skills. My passion lies in change management why I will happily assist you in your financial change projects and assist in your business thrive to greater gains.
